Tuna Çolgar is a partner and head of the corporate and mergers and acquisitions departments at Erdem & Erdem. His individual profile lists sports law among his service areas and includes his publication on the corporatization of football clubs. He is also named on the firm’s dedicated sports law team. His broader practice covers cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, share transfers, corporate structuring and international commercial contracts. He advises on project and acquisition finance and negotiates major construction and energy contracts. Çolgar completed his legal education at Istanbul Bilgi University, where he also earned an LL.M. in the law of economy.
