Sait Kemal Kapulluoğlu founded his law practice in 1990. His firm’s biography describes a football-focused practice representing clubs, players, coaches and agents before Turkish courts, the TFF, FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
The same biography documents former service as TFF first vice-president, senior adviser to the president and a long-serving legal-board member, alongside UEFA disciplinary-inspector work. He has also delivered professional and academic legal education. An İzmir Bar Association report from December 2019 independently identifies his former TFF vice-presidency in connection with a panel on player contracts and transfer disputes.
