Nazlı Hilal Kaya is an İstanbul-based lawyer working in sports, commercial and immigration law. She graduated from Bilkent University’s Faculty of Law in 2016, registered with the İstanbul Bar Association in 2017 and founded STNZ Legal in July 2020.
Her WISLaw biography also documents sports journalism during her undergraduate years. She later served as a Turkish Basketball Federation delegate from November 2023 to March 2024.
In January 2024 she joined the management of a women’s football club in Antalya with a sponsorship responsibility. These records connect her earlier journalism with legal practice and sport administration.
