The story behind the role.
Mustafa Cem Babadoğan is an education researcher whose work includes Ankara University’s child-protection-in-sport programme.
His academic record begins with a research-assistant appointment at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University in 1986–87, followed by curriculum-and-instruction research at Ankara University from 1988 to 1997. He served as a vice dean there from 2004 to 2012.
He also coordinated the Bologna Process from 2015 to 2024. The university records an associate professorship from 2022, and the 2025 child-protection project identifies him as a member of its research team.
