Life and work
The story behind the role.
İpek Çimen Bulut graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law and entered private practice, focusing particularly on contract law and foreign-company formation and acquisitions. She completed a doctorate on personal-data protection in 2020.
Since 2022 Bulut has been a full-time academic in comparative law at İzmir Bakırçay University, where the federation biography lists her as department head and vice dean. She also serves on the federation's Development and Participation Board.
