Alper Uzun is a partner and mediator in Erdem & Erdem’s dispute resolution department, having joined the firm in 2009. He represents domestic and international clients in litigation and is registered as a mediator with Turkey’s Ministry of Justice. His practice includes sports law disputes and representation of athletes and sports clubs. His profile records a Turkish Süper Lig club arbitration against its technical director before the Court of Arbitration for Sport, alongside litigation and enforcement work for a Turkish football club. He earned his law degree and a financial law master’s degree at Istanbul University, with a thesis on taxation of joint ventures.
